All content on this site (artworks, texts, images, videos, designs, etc.) is the property of Resaks, unless otherwise stated. Use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Products and Commissions
Each piece, artwork, or service may have unique features. I recommend reading the description carefully before purchasing.
For custom commissions, we will agree in writing on timelines, conditions, and budget beforehand.
By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge that the products are handmade and may show slight variations compared to the images shown.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in euros. VAT is added automatically at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure platforms. Once paid, cancellations are not accepted except in exceptional cases.
5. Shipping and Delivery
I ship both nationally and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and workload.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via Correos, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. If there’s a delay, I will let you know.
It is important that shipping details are entered correctly. I am not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
6. Shipping Time Information
All shipments are handled personally and dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days. From there, courier companies typically deliver within 5 to 7 business days.
I prepare each order with great care and attention. Please be patient — your piece is being handled with love.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the work (originals, handmade pieces, or limited editions), returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll find the best possible solution.
As an independent artist, I don’t have the infrastructure to handle general returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or something went wrong, contact me through the contact form — I’ll make it right. My goal is for you to be happy with your purchase.
8. Collaborations and Licensing
If you’d like to use my work for commercial, editorial, or collaborative purposes, please write to me beforehand. I’m open to proposals, but all uses must be authorized in writing.
